The ZOPO V8P Vertical Machining Center is a high-speed, high-precision machining solution designed for manufacturers seeking exceptional productivity, reliability, and accuracy in a compact footprint. Built with a rigid machine structure, premium components, and advanced control technology, the V8P is ideally suited for precision machining of complex parts across a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive, mold & die, general engineering, and industrial manufacturing.

Featuring travels of 850 mm (X), 500 mm (Y), and 550 mm (Z), the V8P provides a generous work envelope while maintaining excellent machine rigidity. The machine is equipped with a 500 x 1,000 mm worktable capable of supporting workpieces up to 500 kg, making it suitable for both small batch and production machining applications.

At the heart of the machine is a 12,000 RPM direct-drive CAT40 spindle, delivering high-speed performance, reduced vibration, and superior surface finishes. Combined with rapid traverse rates of 48 m/min on all axes, the V8P minimizes non-cutting time and maximizes throughput. The spindle assembly utilizes dynamic balancing technology to ensure smooth operation and long-term accuracy.

The machine incorporates high-quality Taiwan linear guideways and precision ball screws on all axes, providing excellent positioning accuracy of ±0.008 mm and repeatability of ±0.004 mm. Its large-span base design and oversized linear guideways enhance structural stability and machining performance, even during demanding cutting operations.

For efficient tool management, the V8P comes standard with a 30-station arm-type automatic tool changer (ATC), supporting tool changes in as little as 2.5 seconds. The machine accommodates tools up to 300 mm in length and 8 kg in weight, ensuring flexibility for a wide range of machining applications.

The V8P is powered by the Mitsubishi M80AV CNC control system with a 15-inch display, offering intuitive operation, rigid tapping, USB and CF card interfaces, manual pulse generator, and network connectivity. Standard features include spindle air blast, coolant system, automatic lubrication, telescopic way covers, heat exchanger, full machine enclosure, and chip flushing system to support long-term productivity and machine reliability.
