USED 2011 CHASE - LOGEMAN FS2-12

1 Used Chase-Logeman Automatic Monobloc Vial Filler and Stopper, Model FD2-12.  Machine is designed to fill glass or plastic vials from 1ml to 125 ml and stoppering of 13, 20, 28, 30mm – with correct tooling. All contact wetted parts are 316 SS, machine constructed in 304 SS. Comes with an Allen Bradley color touchscreen HMI, AB Micrologix PLC, 30” infeed table for vial loading, star wheel for filling and stoppering and 30” accumulating table for filled vials. This is a right to left operating machine.  Comes with 2 peristaltic pumps for 2-up filling, a stainless steel framed rigid clear panel enclosure which sits around the machine and includes top HEPA filters for vertical laminar flow. Stoppers can be full or partial seating (for lyophilizing). Features include no vial/no fill, no vial/no stopper. Comes with parts for 5ml, 10ml, 15ml and 20ml. Electrics: 1/60/120 volts. Air: 90 PSI at 3.5 CFM.
