CP Manufacturing Model CD 3000 can briquetter designed to densify aluminum beverage cans into compact briquettes for efficient handling, storage, and transportation. The unit is equipped with a 25 HP hydraulic power system and is capable of processing up to 2,400 lbs/hr of unflattened cans or up to 3,600 lbs/hr of pre-flattened cans. The machine produces dense briquettes measuring approximately 20" x 14" x 7" and weighing up to 40 lbs each. Features include a 1 cubic yard feed hopper, hydraulic compression system, integrated electrical controls, hydraulic oil cooling system, and heavy-duty steel frame construction. The system operates on 230V, 3-phase, 60 Hz power and is designed for continuous recycling operations. This briquetter is suitable for aluminum can recycling facilities, material recovery facilities (MRFs), scrap processors, and industrial recycling applications requiring volume reduction and densification of aluminum containers.
