Note: This machine is very solidly built with very heavy fabrications, so few castings to break. It also looks very well-engineered. and is in pretty decent shape.
The nameplates are in both German and English, so it was meant for use in N. America.  Everything is mechanical-  No seals or pumps to wear out or leak.
The diagonal twin bar vise clamps many sizes of stock, for holding down material in the shearing blades runs very smoothly, with no sign of over strain.  There appear to be no cracks or welds on any component.
