-Automatic step-by-step, boring, glue injection & dowel insertion into panel components, drawer parts, chair pieces, etc. at programmed random spacing.
-Working Cap: Stock length (Y) from 4.25" - 31.5" (110 mm - 800 mm), stock width (X) from 0.75" - 51" (20 mm - 1,300 mm), stock thickness (Z) from 0.5" - 2.4" (4 mm - 60 mm), max. boring depth 1.1" (28 mm).
-51" (1,300 mm) X-axis divided into (4) work zones of 12" (305 mm) ea., one part can be processed, while the other is being unloaded or loaded.
-(4) Stock clamping cylinders;
-(1) Horizontal boring spindle, 7,200 RPM, powered by 1.25 HP motor;
-(1) Glue injection & dowel inserting system,
-Operator & Machine Control: NC Front end with 10.
