-Automatic De-stacking Functionality
-16-Positiona Ride Along Rotary Tool Changer (all tools and tool holders mounted on the tool carrier are included with this machine)
-Equipped with Main Router, Driven via HSD ES959 Motor, Compatible w/HSK63F Tool Holder
-Equipped with Ride Along Drill Block Assembly:
-Vertical Spindles: (6) X-Axis and (5) Y-Axis w/(1) Shared Spindle
-Horizontal Spindles: (4) Horizontally Opposed X-Axis Spindles and (2) Horizontally Opposed Y-Axis Spindles.
-Equipped with Grooving Saw (X-Axis)
-Equipped with (2) Busch Mink MM1322AV Vacuum Pumps. 8kW Each.
-Worktable is equipped with (6) Pneumatic reference fences along X-Axis and (2) Pneumatic Pop-Up Reference Stops Along Y-Axis.
-Gantry is equipped with Pusher Arm for offloading finished product unto an outfeed conveyor
-Outfeed conveyor dimensions: 62" x 176" approx. (61.5" wide belt)
-Outfeed conveyor is equipped with cleaning station for extracting saw dust and misc scrap pieces prior to offloading.
