-Koch Sprint-PTP-2 High Performance Drilling and Dowel Insertion Machine.
- Automatic step-by-step, boring, glue injection, and dowel insertion into panel components, drawer parts, chair pieces etc. at random spacing.
- Max. panel width cap. of 20-1200mm; 100-800mm panel length; 14-60mm max. material thickness; max. boring depth of 50mm; standard for 8mm dia. and 35mm long dowels.
- 47" x-axis divided into (2) work zones; one part can be processed, while other is being loaded/unloaded. Parts can be clamped vertically on edge for face boring.
- (1) horizontal boring spindle powered by 1HP motor; (4) stock clamping cylinders; Koch ELC glue injection unit and dowel inserter head; positioning speed of working units at 197fpm; boring and insertion capacity up to 60 dowels/min.
