Overview
Compact, universal robot cell SPINNER - ROBOBOX for installation at the front or side of the machine for largely unmanned loading / unloading of workpieces in SPINNER CNC machine tools.
The robot is integrated in a box installed in front or side of the machine and picks workpieces from a 5 pcs. drawer storage for raw / finished parts, internal dimensions of the storage drawers 800x600mm.
-> 3 drawers with a height of 150mm, 2 drawers with a height of 200mm
- A very flexible solution
- for small batches mostly for sawed blank material
- to replace operator who puts workpieces in and out only
