The EZ Sander is a single-head, 37″ widebelt machine built for grinding and light deburring. It removes slag, dross, and burrs from plasma-cut, laser-cut, waterjet, and stamped parts in a single conveyor pass — replacing hours of manual grinding with consistent, repeatable results.

Primary Applications

Slag Grinding & Dross Removal:
The EZ Sander’s 10 or 15 HP contact drum grinds heavy slag and dross from plasma-cut plate in a single pass. This is the machine’s primary application and where it saves the most labor compared to hand grinding.

Deburring:
Removes burrs from laser, plasma, waterjet, stamping, and punching operations. Parts come out clean and safe to handle, reducing rework and injury risk downstream.

Surface Prep:
With the appropriate abrasive belt, the EZ Sander produces a uniform grain across the full 37″ width for coating adhesion and weld prep.

Handles Parts From Any Cutting Process

Plasma cutting: Grinds slag and dross flat.
Laser cutting: Removes burrs and surface oxide layer.
Waterjet cutting: Knock down lateral burrs and tabs.
Stamping & punching: Cleans up nibble marks and burrs.
