Used Met-Fab 3/8 X 10 Shear Conveyor with pneumatic supports. Features 6 belts, portable foot pedal, extra belts, and a new motor. Operates on 220/440V 3-phase power. Efficient material handling with pneumatic support arms.

Conveyor: Supports material to backgauge range of 36” by pneumatic cylinders at shear table level. As shear begins to stroke, material support arms drop out of the way allowing sheared material to fall onto conveyor belts. The conveyor belts move material out of the shear housing and the support arms or rails return to the up position
Material Supports: Arm supports consist of wheels set to table height and are spaced approximately every 9-11 inches from the knife.
Power and air requirements: The unit can be wired for 440v or 220v three-phase electric. Approximately 15 CFM at 80 PSI will be required to operate the pneumatics of the system.
