USED EXCEL EX63 HORIZONTAL WITH OVERSIZED FEED OPENING

The Excel EX63 Horizontal Baler with an oversized feed opening is a used piece of equipment currently undergoing inspection to ensure operational readiness. The baler features a large feed opening of 70" x 54" and was relined with rebuilt cylinders 14 months ago. It's equipped with large retainer teeth, but these are currently not installed. The machine has dimensions of 100.5 inches in height, 283 inches in length, and 78.625 inches in width, with a total shipping weight of 20,000 pounds.

Performance-wise, the EX63 houses a 20 HP TEFC motor and a 34-gallon pressure-compensated piston pump rated at 4,000 PSI. The oil reservoir holds 105 gallons, supporting hydraulic system pressure at 4,000 PSI and an overall platen force of 159,000 lbs with a platen pressure of 92 PSI. The target bale size is 60" L x 48" W x 30" H, with expected bale weights ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 lbs for foam.
