USED 2007 WINKWORTH PV3000

Used Winkworth model PV3000 approximately 3,000 litre 316 stainless steel process vessel. Unit measures approximately 1800mm diameter x 1800mm straight side. External jacketed rated 3.5 bar pressure at 200 deg.c. Unit has a welded flat top and welded conical bottom. Unit has a top entry stainless steel contra-rotating gate agitator with pitched blades driven by (2) geared motors: a 9.2kW geared motor operating at 14.8rpm and a 7.5kW geared motor operating at 27.2rpm. Unit has a bottom entry Silverson BE600 homogeniser with a square hole disintegrating head driven by a 22kW motor. Unit includes a bottom entry discharge pump. Unit is mounted on (3) legs.
