Available for immediate sale is a Used Larox PF 38 A2 Double-Sided Pressure Filter System featuring 37.8 square meters of filtration area. This fully automated filtration system was professionally rebuilt and reconditioned in 2022 and has remained unused since the refurbishment was completed.
The Larox PF-DS (Double-Sided) filtration process operates as a fully automated batch filtration system. During operation, filtration chambers are filled with slurry and filtration begins simultaneously from both sides of each chamber. Filter cake forms on both the upper and lower surfaces of the filtration chamber, maximizing filtration efficiency and throughput.
The extensive 2022 rebuild included a complete replacement of the plate pack, new feed and discharge hoses, replacement of the cloth tracking system, and installation of a new PLC control system. Over $800,000 was invested in refurbishment, resulting in a machine that is essentially ready for immediate operation.
