Used 3V Tech model BE12500 vertical glass lined reactor. Approximately 14,305 litre total capacity and approximately 12,500 litre working capacity. Unit has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated 6 bar/full vacuum working pressure at -25 to 200 deg.c. Internal lining is 3V Tech SIGMA glass which is electrically conductive. Unit has mild steel external jacket rated 6 bar/full vacuum working pressure at -25 to 200 deg.c. Unit includes top mounted 2-tier 4-blade & 2- blade press lock agitator with 22kw motor & gearbox. Has (3) glass lined top entry baffles. Unit is mounted on (4) mild steel side support lugs. External jacket has stainless steel cladding. Unit includes bottom outlet value and various spare parts.
