USED DRAIS RN 3-45 AS VAC

Used dissolver by Drais (DE) model RN 3-45 AS VAC. Contact parts designed in magnetic non corrosive steel (ferritic steel). Machine is designed for work on vacuum. Mixer has single shaft with working length 105 cm and toothed disc with diameter 690 mm. Shaft is driven by el motor 45 kW, 1460 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation of shaft up to 600 rpm. Mixer has also side wall scrapper, driven by el motor 1.5 kW, 1410 rpm, 440 V, 50 Hz and gearbox. Working rotation of scrapper up to 26 rpm. Machine has top cover and mixing pan with total volume 2000 l. Mixing pan has internal diameter 1465 mm x length of straight side of wall 1160 mm. Mixing pan has two side wall discharge outlets with valves, and bottom supports for work with forklift. Dissolver is rised/lowered hydraulically. Rise up to 145 cm. Hydraulic pack is driven by el. motor 1.5 kW, 1420 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 Hz. Mixer is equipped with vacuum pump by Tepro (PL) and local control panel. Last time used in chemical industry.
