Used semiautomatic machine for sealing film on jars/bottles/containers, by Ballerstaedt (Germany) model Polymat Varioseal. Machine can work on glass or plastic containers. It has single head with heating block. Working diameter up to 100 mm. Die is driven pneumatically. Compressed air supply - 5 bar. Power supply 0.3 kW, 220 V. Sealer is mounted on stainless steel support. Missing of capacitive (proximity) sensor. Last time used in cosmetic industry.
