Used progressing cavity pump by Netzsch model NM045SH04S24H. Contact parts designed in stainless steel, hygienic design. Inlet has diameter 80 mm, connection with reduction to 50 mm. Outlet has diameter 50 mm. Pump is driven by reducer and el. motor 7.5 kW, 1445 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 Hz. Working screw rotation up to 188 rpm. This size of pump can reach output up to 20 m3/h at rotation 550 rpm. With current drive pump can reach output about 6.8 m3/h. Feeding pressure up to 24 bar. Pump is mounted on mobile stainless steel supporting frame.
