USED JEHMLICH REKORD D

Used pin mill by Jehmlich (Germany) model Rekord D, designed in carbon steel. Mill body made of cast iron. Unit has milling discs with a diameter of 610 mm made of carbon steel. Mill has one fixed and one rotating milling disc driven by a belts driven with an ex proof electric motor with a power of 22 kW, 2945 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. Machine is equipped with a carbon steel feeding hopper and bottom unloading. The set includes a stainless steel hopper tank mounted on 4 carbon steel legs and a belt conveyor with a polyurethane fabric/plastic belt with a working width of 245 mm and a length of 3800 mm, conveyor construction is made of carbon steel and mounted on legs. The belt is driven by a gearbox with a ratio of i=15, an ex proof electric motor with a power of 1,1 kW, 1415 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. Whole thing is mounted on a frame made of carbon steel. Also includes a spare set of milling discs, pins and milling disc drive head.
