USED UNIMIX HAAGEN & RINAU 335 l

Used vertical stainless steel AISI 316L aseptic reactor with a total capacity of 335 l by Unimix Haagen & Rinau (DE). Reactor has a working volume of 250 l and is designed to operate at pressures ranging from -1 to 3 bar and temperatures up to 143 C. Internal dimensions: diameter 750 mm, length of straight wall line 600 mm. The heating and cooling jacket made of stainless steel AISI 304 has a capacity of 29 l and is designed to operate at pressures up to 4 bar and temperature up to 151 C. The jacket is insulated and clad with stainless steel sheet. Reactor has welded dished top equipped with inspection manway, with internal diameter 400 mm. Reactor has welded dished bottom, with central discharge outlet and pneumatically operated valve. At the bottom there is a magnetic stirrer, driven by gearbox and el. motor with a power of 0,18 kW, 1380 rpm, 50 Hz. Working rotation of agitator up to 184 rpm. Reactor is mounted on 3 legs, equipped with tensions cells and display. Technical documentation included.
