Used PSV approximately 4,000 litre working capacity and approximately 6,300 litre total capacity (product dependent) vertical stainless steel reactor. Unit has welded dished top and bottom heads. Unit measures approximately 1,800mm diameter x 2,450mm straight side. Internal rated 6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 130 deg.c. External stainless steel coil jacket rated 9 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 185 deg.c. Unit has external stainless steel cladding. Has top entry stainless steel 2-tier, 4-blade pitched blade agitator driven by motor/gearbox. Unit has (4) stainless steel internal wall mounted baffles.
