Used Unishear model UN1L15 stainless steel high shear mixer. Unit direct driven by 1.1kw, 2800rpm electric motor. Stainless steel mixing shaft measures approximately 700mm long, with a general purpose disintegrating head. Unit is on stand with (4) wheels.
