Used Stephan Model UM 12 high intensity/universal vacuum mixer. Stainless steel jacketed mixing bowl has total capacity 12 litre, working capacity approx. 7 litre. Bowl rated -1/atmospheric pressure at 95°C max. temperarure. Stainless steel nonpressure jacket capacity 0,8 litre, 95°C max. temperature. Has bottom S-blade type of agitator driven via dual speed el. motor 1.5/1.9 kW, 1420/2810 rpm, 50 Hz, 380 V. The vessel has top entry manual teflon wall scrapper. Integrated el. switchboard with local start/stop panel. Includes one spare nonjacketed bowl.
