USED 2015 PRODUCT CZ PS-LINE

Used PRODUKT CZ model PS-LINE automatic filling and closing machine suitable for liquid or paste products. The device is suitable for filling into glass bottles and works in this working strokes:
- Manual placing of bottles on the conveyor.
- Automatic locking of bottles under the filling nozzles
- Automatic loading of the nozzles into the neck of the bottles
- Automatic filling of bottles with product (PRODFILL PS-1500/IV/L linear filling machine)
- Automatic nozzle removal from packaging
- Release of the stoppers and removal of the bottles from the filling position
- Capping (automatic/manual)
- Automatic locking of bottles in the closing position
- Automatic cap closure (PRODSCREW ZS-1500/L/S screw cap closure device)
- Release of stops and removal of bottles from the closing position
- Automatic application of self-adhesive label (PRODLABEL ES-1500/L/R self-adhesive label applicator)
- Moving from the labelling position
