Overview:
- We can put you in touch with the people who can repair, rebuild, and recommission the oiler.
- This unit can apply any type of coating ( Lubricant ) as long as it is Electrostatically compatible.
- If the coating you are trying to apply is not electrostatically compatible, it can be mixed with another compound to make it compatible.
- The system has (3) Holding tanks, and the coating material in the tanks can be applied as a single coat, a mix of 2 of the materials, or a mix of all 3 materials.
- The system is capable of applying very precise thicknesses of coatings at a wide range of speeds.

Equipment:
1. Applicator system:
- Spray enclosure
- Spray assembly (2 distribution blades, one on each side of the foil)
- Closed-loop blade heating system (Fluid reservoir, immersion heater, pump, recirculation piping)
- Strip simulator assembly
- High-voltage power supplies (2)

2. Lubricant storage and delivery system:
- Lubricant storage stand
- Tank farm = 3 separate heated tank stands
- Tank Stand Lubricants: tank1 = XL-301 / tank 2 = PL-1043 / tank 3 = PL-1027
- Each Tank Stand has 4 stainless tanks (one 25gal Base tank, two 5gal Batch tanks, one 5gal Additive tank)
- Delivery system from tanks to the distribution blades = Lubricant metering system = two direct-coupled, variable speed, positive-displacement gear pumps
- Texturing lubricants

3. Electronic control system:
- Operator station
- Tank-stand temperature control panels
- Heat-transfer fluid temperature control panel

4. PCT Texturing Unit:
 - Roll application
- Applies light coating of lubricating oil to heavy gauge aluminum foil (prior to slitting etc)
