How to read the list:
- 1st column = Size = diameter of the circle produced in inches
- 2nd column = Punch = different punches within that diameter (A,B,C,D) that indicate the tool-steel-thickness of the punch
- 3rd column = Die = different dies within that diameter (A,B,C) that indicate a separate die for that diameter. Numbers indicate the tool steel thickness of the die.
- 4th column = Clearance = for blanking different thicknesses. Lower the number the lighter the gauge material.
***The reason you may have 2 or 3 of the same die and punch is to put them in a shoe and give you the ability to nest the circles and reduce the scrap percentage***
