DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS:
Machine base of welded steel construction. Free chip flow design with funneling designed for easy mounting of a drag or hinge belt conveyor. (Base contains the hydraulic oil reservoir).
Optimum cutting path through pivot location under the clamping area. The saw carriage with its massive pivot arm is supported by heavy tapered roller bearings lubricated for life.
Vertical and horizontal clamping with over-reaching horizontal clamp to hold the cut piece. (Special form jaws available for thin-walled tubing, reduced capacity when using form jaws.)
The feed cylinder and saw blade are on the same plane to avoid any lateral forces. With the cylinder mounted above the saw blade at a 1.6:1 lever ratio, maximum rigidity is developed in that the feed pressure is less at the cylinder than on the tooling. Saw carriage feed is infinitely adjustable from 1" to 80" per minute.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT:
Saw drive motor, 7.5 KW (10 HP), frequency controlled.
Hydraulic pump drive motor, 1.4/1.8 KW (1.9/2.4 HP), 3 phase, 60 Hertz.
Electric control panel with a Siemens S7-300 programmable controller, interlocked magnetic starters, overload protection for all motors, mounted and wired in a gasketed enclosure with disconnect switch. A Siemens Touch operator interface panel is mounted convenient to the operator.

Transformer for connection to 460 Volt, 3 phase, 60 Hertz.
