The PerkinElmer IVIS Spectrum Imaging System is a high-sensitivity optical imaging platform designed for non-invasive in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro imaging applications.
It enables researchers to visualize and track bioluminescent and fluorescent signals in live animals and biological samples in real time. The system combines a highly sensitive cooled CCD camera, advanced spectral imaging, and automated analysis tools to provide quantitative molecular imaging with excellent sensitivity and reproducibility.
The IVIS Spectrum is widely used in oncology, infectious disease, immunology, stem cell research, and drug discovery, particularly for longitudinal animal studies.
