Overview
Used Draiswerke Inc Gelimat model G100-S ultrahigh-speed thermokinetic mixing, compounding and fluxing machine. Side feed with axial feed screw. Nominal mixer volume 100 litre with 90 litre working capacity and approximate 70lbs (32kg) batch capacity. Internal rated atmospheric pressure at 600f (316c). Jackets 16 litre capacity rated 45 psi (3 bar) pressure at 140f (60c). Direct driven by 1,000HP 380volt 3/50 motor via flexible coupling. Includes Siemens Simatic controls. Last used on pvc compounds but also suitable for plastics, plastic alloys, wood plastic composites (WPC), highly filled compounds, plastic/pigment masterbatches, NANO composites, mineral composites and automotive.
