USED Schenk ZHF-S70-Z-C3

Used Schenk model ZHF-S70-Z-C3 stainless steel pressure leaf filter. Unit measures approximately 2400mm straight side X 1350mm diameter. Has (60) 1200mm diameter horizontal filter/scavenge elements on 30mm spacing. Total approximately 70 square meter filtration area with approximately 1850 litre cake capacity. Filter elements bottom driven by a Hydrokraft model PVG 130-ES/11 hydraulic drive with a 37 kW, 415 volt, 1400 rpm, 3 phase, 50 HZ motor. Unit has an approximately 200mm slurry outlet. Welded dished bottom and clamped dished top head. Approximately 4300 litre capacity rated 9 bar design pressure at 20°C. Material of construction 321/304 stainless steel. Mounted on (3) legs. Also includes a 3000 litre 304 stainless steel Kieselguhr discharge tank rated 0.5 bar at 20°C. And a Kieselguhr Dosing tank with a 2-tier 2-blade pitched paddle type agitator driven by a 1.1 kW motor. Dosing tank includes feed pump driven by a 1.4/1.8 kW, 415 volt, 1410/2870 rpm, 3 phase variable speed motor.
