USED KRUPP B80

Used blow molder by Krupp Coroplast model B80. Machine can work with maximal output up to 8000 pieces/hour. Range of volume of bottles from 200-3000 cubic centimeter. Maximal dimensions of bottle: length 350 mm x diameter 126 mm. Machine is equipped with 10 forming dies. Power consumption: 380V / 50 HZ / 125 kVA - for heating 108 kW, plus 80 kW for mechanics. Hot air consumption at maximal working output (8000 pieces/hour, bottles with volume 2000 cubic meter) - 25 bar - 480 cubic meter/hour. Pneumatics - 7 bar and consumption 260 cubic meter/hour. Cooling water consumption - temperature 10-15°C and pressure 3 bar - usage 10 cubic meter/hour.
