USED UCR M30

Used homogenizing mixer made by UCR type M30 (polish made). Mixer has mixing bowl with working volume 25 l and total volume about 30 l. Contact parts are made in stainless steel. Mixing bowl is jacketed and has lid lifted hydraulically with anchor agitator. Anchor agitator has flexible adjusted working rotation speed from 15 up to 45 rpm. On the top of lid are also located: inlet for product, inlet for feeding additives, vacuum connection. At the bottom of mixing bowl there is homogenizing colloid Mill with two speed motor which gives working rotation speed of homogenizer 1500 and 3000 rpm. Discharge of product by hydraulically driven tilt of bowl. Working temperature range: from 20 to 90C. Vacuum range: from 0 to -0.6 bar. Machine has dimensions: width 920 mm x lenght 1100 mm x height 2000 mm (when lid is closed) or 2500 mm (when lid is lifted). Weight about 500 kg. Technical documentation included.
