2840 Litres Stainless Steel Powder Tumbling Mixer

Used powder tumbling mixer. Contact parts designed in stainless steel. Total volume of mixing chamber 2840 l. Working volume up to 1400 l. Mixer is driven by reducer and el motor 7,5 kW, 1445 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of drum up to 23 rpm. Mixing chamber has single inlet/outlet, equipped with slide valve, operated manually. Dimensions of discharge/inlet: 245 mm x 240 mm.
Inside mixing chamber there are welded static agitators. Close to discharge outlet there is mounted single shaft with welded paddles, driven by gearbox and el motor 1.1 kW, 1395 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 hz. Working rotation up to 55,8 rpm. There are also, on the chamber walls, four agitators working close to wall surface, each driven by el motor 0,25 kW, reducer and start/stop control. Working rotation of each agitator is 50 rpm. Also close to each of these agitators are located inlets with possibility to mount a spray nozzles. Currently only one connection and nozzle is mounted. Mixer is mounted on carbon steel supporting frame with electric control panel. Machine is also equipped with working platform and stairs, plus safety barriers.
