USED CONSUMASZ M-01

Used stainless steel ribbon mixer made by Consumasz (Poland) type M-01 with total volume 1100 l and working volume 850 l. Mixing chamber has internal dimensions: L 1990 mm W 830 mm x D 1175 mm. Mixer is fed from the top via cylindrical sifter type PC-400, driven by gearbox and el motor 4 kW, 1445 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 hz, or directly through inlet 205 mm x 205 mm. Mixer has single shaft equipped with welded double ribbons. Shaft is driven via gearbox and el motor 15 kW, 1460 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz. Gearbox reduction i= 36,9. Working rotation of shaft up to 39 rpm. Mixer has side wall inspection manway with dimensions 540 mm x 365 mm, and bolted stainless steel lid. Central bottom discharge outlet has diameter 200 mm and is equipped with manually operated valve. Product is droped into the hopper of discharge screw conveyor with screw diameter 200 mm and working length 1000 mm. Power consumption on screw conveyer 1.1 kW. Mixer is mounted on supporting carbon steel frame. There is included with machine: electric control cabinet and work platform with stairs. Last time used in food industry.
