USED MORTON-LODIGE FKM300D

Used stainless steel horizontal ploughshare powder mixer by Morton/Lödige model FKM 300D. Mixing chamber is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and has a total capacity of 300 liters. Working volume in range from 100 up to 210 l. Mixer has single mixing shaft with bolted ploughs, and is belt driven by electric motor with power of 7,5 kW, 1450 rpm, 415 V, 3/50 Hz, through gearbox. Operating shaft speed 81,6 rpm. Mixer has also single chopper, directly driven by electric motor with power of 4 kW, 2890 rpm, 415 V, 3/50 Hz. Mixing chamber has manually operated inspection doors located on the front wall with dimensions 520 mm x 320 mm and central bottom discharge outlet with dimensions: 160 mm wide x 115 mm long, manually operated valve. There are also two top connections - one with diameter 200 mm and second with 250 mm. Mixer is mounted on carbon steel stand, giving about 1000 mm ground clearance.
