USED MORTON-LODIGE FKM300D

Used stainless steel horizontal ploughshare powder mixer by Morton-Lödige model FKM300D. Total volume of mixing chamber is 300 l. Working volume in range from 100 up to 210 l. Mixer has single mixing shaft with bolted ploughs, and is belt driven by el motor 7.5 kW, 1450 rpm, 415 V, 3/50 Hz, through gearbox. Mixer has also single chopper, driven directly by 4 kW, 2890 rpm, 415 V, 3/50 hz. Mixing chamber has manually operated inspection doors with dimensions 480 mm x 310 mm. There are also two top connections - one with diameter 200 mm and second with 250 mm, and one central bottom discharge outlet. Mixer is mounted on carbon steel stand, giving about 700 mm ground clearance. Machine has local control panel. Shipping dimensions: L240 cm x W 150 cm x H 214 cm.
