1300 Litre Horizontal Stainless Steel Cooker

Used horizontal stainless steel cooker with total volume 1300 l. Chamber has internal dimensions: W 90 cm x L 296,5 cm x D 60 cm. Machine has single shaft with welded ribbon. Shaft is driven by reducer and el motor 1.5 kW, 1461 rpm, 230-400 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of shaft up to 6.6 rpm. Top of the cooker is open, equipped with two section stainless steel covers, rised manually. Each section of cover has length 150 cm. Bottom and side wall are insulated and layered with heating/cooling jacket. Machine has discharge outlet close to the wall where drive is mounted. Outlet has diameter 250 mm in chamber with reduction to 100 mm. Feeding inlet connection is on the side wall, and has diameter 100 mm. There is also connection to cleaning system, which is equipped with 4 splashing nozzles. Machine is mounted on four stainless steel legs. Last time used in food industry.
