USED 2014 AMF HDS 250 x 3500

Used stainless steel twin screw cooling conveyer by AMF (Apener Maschinenbau und Forderanlagen Gustav Bruns GmbH & Co KG) model HDS 250 x 3500. Machine has two stainless steel screws with total length 3500 mm and working length about 3000 mm. Screws are driven by el motor 1.1 kW and reducer. Working rotation of screws up to 2.7 rpm. Each screw has a internal channel and is connected to cooling medium. Working pressure inside the shafts - up to 1.5 bar, temperature range from -10C up to +30C, volume - 2 x 18 l. Screws are working in jacketed tank. Width of tank 570 mm x length 3500 mm. Tank has volume about 430 l and is working on atmospheric pressure. Temperature range from -10 up to 0C. Tank has stainless steel jacket at bottom and side walls. Volume of jacket 40 l, working pressure up to 1.5 bar, working temperature range - from -10C up to +30C. Top of the tank is equipped with 3 stainless steel lids, each with lenght 90 cm. Cover under the section where discharge is located is equipped with inspection manway with diameter 30 cm and stainless steel round lid. Inlet to conveyer has dimensions: 30 cm x 55 cm. Outlet has dimensions 28 cm x 30 cm. Machine has local control panel and is mounted on 4 wheels. Last time used in food industry.
