Overview
Used stainless steel conical nauta type powder mixer by Pharming type HV 1000 (CZ). Cone has diameter 1550 mm x height 2200 mm. Total volume of tank about 1700 l, working volume up to 1000 l.
Total height 324 cm. Standard mixing screw is top driven by el. motor 3 kW, 970 rpm, 230-400 V, 50 hz, and supported by bottom pintle bearing. Arm rotation - 2 rpm. Screw rotation - 60 rpm. Discharge via bottom rotary slide outlet valve, operated manually. Mixer is mounted on 3 lugs with carbon steel supports. Included technical documentation. Shipping dimensions: length 330 cm x diameter 170 cm x weight approx 1000 kg. Machine had been working in food industry.
