Used stainless steel pneumatic piston depositor by Apple International (UK) model MR900. Machine can work on filling dense masses like batters, grease, jams, pastes (etc). Working dose is adjustable and can be set in range from 20 till 1250 g. Working speed up to 60 cycles/minute. Machine has stainless steel feeding chute with volume about 70 l. Chute has conical bottom with discharge outlet with diameter 70 mm, and there is also vertical ribbon agitator, driven from the top by gearbox and el. motor 0.37 kW, 1400 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 hz, Ex design (Ex II 3GEx n A II C T4IT3Gc). Pressured air consumption - up to 400 l/ min, at 5.5 bar. Machine is mounted on stainless steel mobile frame. Includes pallet with additional parts. Last time used in food industry.
