USED LASKA ME3000

Used stainless steel horizontal twin ribbon mixer by Laska (AT) model ME3000. Machine has internal dimensions of mixing chamber W 1505 mm x L 2005 mm x D 1170 mm. Total volume of mixing chamber 3000 l. Working volume in range from 2100 l up to 2400 l, and weight of batch up to 2400 kg. Mixer has twin shafts with welded ribbons. Each shaft is driven by el. motor 11/7.5 kW, 2880/1450 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz, via reducer and chain. Working rotation of each shaft 36/71 rpm. Mixer has top open. Discharge through two front wall outlets, equipped with two lids designed in teflon and operated via hydraulical actuators. Mixer has hydraulical device driven by el. motor 1.5 kW, builded inside supporting pedestal. Mixer is mounted on four tension cells. Machine has connection pipe for feeding liquid inside the mixing chamber during the work. Mixer is equipped with stainless steel lifting/tilt device for work on rectangular containers with volume 200 l and width 655 mm. Lifting device is operated hydraulically. Machine has technical documentation. Last time used in food industry.
