Used dissolver by Netzsch. Machine is driven by el motor 15 kW, 1470 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz in Ex design. Machine has stainless steel shaft with working length 740 mm and toothed disc agitator with diameter 450 mm. Agitator is rised hydraulically up to 100 cm. Machine is equipped with stainless steel mixing pan with working volume 500 l, diameter 940 mm x length of straight side of wall 760 mm. Mixing pan has side wall discharge outlet with ball valve. Mixer is equipped with carbon steel lid, mounted on 6 bolts. Lid has inspection manway and connection for vacuum pump. Machine has local control panel, electric cabinet and vacuum pump. Last time used on paints.
