Used vertical reactor made by SPOMET (Poland), type BZC-75, made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel. The reactor has a total capacity of 75 liters and internal dimensions: diameter 400 mm, straight side wall length 550 mm. Working capacity approximately 50 liters. Tank is designed for work on pressure up to 2 bar and temperature up to 90 C. Heating jacket work on pressure 3 bar and temperature up to 100 C. Top bolted, bottom welded. Tank is equipped with top mounted frame type agitator with side walls scrapers, driven by gearbox and el. motor 1,1 kW, 1400 rpm, 220-240 V, 50 Hz. Working rotation of agitator up to approx. 28 rpm. Tank has central discharge outlet with manually operated butterfly valve. Tank also has side wall connection. Last time had been working on detergents.
