USED GOVONI SIM BIANCA 750 LITRE

Second hand stainless steel contact parts horizontal ploughshare mixer by Govoni Sim Bianca (Italy) with working volume 750 l. Mixing chamber has internal dimensions: diameter 1000 mm x L 1445 mm. Total volume of mixing chamber about 1100 l. Top feeding central inlet has diameter 400 mm. Mixer has also two nozzles for spraying liquid inside mixing chamber. Central bottom discharge outlet has pneumatically operated valve. There is inspection manway at side wall with dimensions 500 mm x 475 mm and bolted lid. Mixer has shaft with three ploughs and two paddles working close to side walls. All mixing elemets are bolted. Shaft is driven by el motor 37/26 kW, 1475/738 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz and gearbox with reduction rate i= 10. Working rotation of shaft 147,5/73,8 rpm. Mixer has external carbon steel side walls and is mounted on stainless steel supporting frame. There are two posts for installing choppers, but choppers are not included.
