USED 2015 TOMSA DESTIL 90,000 LPD

Little used ethanol/alcohol dehydration plant manufactured by Tomsa Destil, Spain in 2015. Using molecular sieve PSA technology, the plant is designed to dehydrate distilled alcohol with a minimum concentration of 95.5°GL to produce a minimum 99.8°GL dehydrated ethanol product.

Plant has the following key specifications:
- Capacity: 90,000 litres/day
- Feedstock: ≥95.5°GL distilled alcohol
- Product: ≥99.8°GL ethanol suitable for use as biofuel.
- Potential applications include: fuel ethanol, biofuel production, ethanol dehydration.

Major equipment includes:
- (2) Molecular sieves; (2) vertical shell & tube heat exchangers; (4) horizontal shell and tube heat exchangers; alcohol evaporator; (2) plate heat exchangers; column; (2) process tanks; pumps and motors; instrumentation, controls and valves; steam boiler.
