Material: Stainless steel trough, ribbon, contact parts.
Capacity: Approximately 1,950 litre working capacity (approximately 2,590 litre total capacity) product dependent.
Mixing trough: Measures approximately 1660mm long x 1230mm wide x 1,400mm high. Unit has a dimple jacket on bottom section of the mixing tough.
Type of blade: Stainless steel single uninterrupted ribbon belt driven by 18/12 kW 415 volt 3/50 1460/970 rpm motor and gearbox rated 70/1 reduction ratio at maximum 21 rpm.
Discharge Type: Centre bottom discharge with valve.
