Baffle - One (1) half baffle, upper section of tank, welded to reinforcing pads

Top manway - 20" with wingbolt closures

Spill box - Around manway with 2” drain hoses, 3” sampling port inside spill box with coupling and cap

Isolation valve - 6” Air operated butterfly valve between primary shut off and secondary shut off

Primary shut off - 20” quick opening hatch with 12” stainless steel floatball seating against a neoprene seat, ball and seat inspection and service is external

Vacuum lines - 6” Continuously grounded, wire reinforced, neoprene vacuum / pressure hose, looped to rear, no disconnecting required when dumping

Liquid level indicator - Rotary float gauge with 9" stainless steel floatball,
teflon seals, driverside front shell. Western Canadian Style

Catwalk – OSHA type - Gripstrut material at 3 o'clock position, full length

Ladder - Anti-skid.

Handrail - Safety grab rail at tank top.

Front hoist - 25 ton capacity-120” stroke, three stage hydraulic hoist. Full length subframe with body stops. Heavy duty hinge assemblies with grease fittings. Hoist safety prop.

Rear door - Full opening, top hinged, door hydraulic up and down. Grease fittings on all moving parts.
Neoprene door seal. carbon Steel. Door safety prop.

Hose trays and fenders - Combination fenders on both sides of unit, stay down when tank lifts, trays closed in on ends, SS drain valves in each front tray.

Mudflaps - Front and rear, anti-sail

Toolbox - One (1) 36" x 18" x 20" passenger side, aluminum
Suction valve - One (1) 4” air operated self closing Betts valve complete with coupling and drip cap, additional 4” manual Betts valve

Internal riser pipe - 4” with deflector / wear plate

Discharge valve - One (1) 6” air operated self closing Betts valve complete with coupling and drip cap, additional 6” manual Betts valve

- Check valve, oil catch muffler.
- External moisture trap with 5” stainless steel floatball and 2” drain valve.
- 3” air operated, isolation valve with continuous grounded vacuum lines looped to rear. No
disconnecting required when dumping.

Installation - Presvac to install on 2024 Western Star 47X tandem axle chassis w/Cummins X12 380 HP engine and Eaton Fuller RTO-14908LL Transmission.

Finish - Painted tank- 1 color
- Sandblasted with two (2) coats of primer paint. Two (2) coats of finish paint, Dupont Centari - acrylic urethane enamel, one (1) color.
