Vessel internally rated at atmospheric pressure at 50°C, stainless steel heating jacket lagged and rigid stainless clad rated at 2 bar working pressure. Top offset mounted mixer with 0.75kw, 1420 rpm EXD IIB flameproof motor (vari speed rated) driving through a 29:3 reduction gearbox, maximum mixer speed 147 rpm. Mixer shaft 40mm diameter with 2 stage agitation, ie 500mm swept diameter 4 x pitched blade turbine and 400mm swept diameter 2 x pitched blade turbine. Mounted on (4) legs.
