Used Giusti approximately 135 litre capacity stainless steel jacketed hemispherical mixing pan. Unit measures approximately 650mm diameter X 200mm straight side. Has hinged flat top and welded dished bottom heads. External jacket rated 40 psi (2.75 bar). Includes top entry stainless steel scrape surface gate type agitator with a Dynatork air motor. Unit is mounted on (4) legs on mobile base.
