1000 Gallon high shear homogenizer
Motor：UL listed drive.
Material：SUS316L for prodcut contact surface. SUS304 for non-prodcut contact surfare.
Jacket: ASME-U stamped jacket rated at 75 Psi with NB register.
Insulation: 2" rockwool insulation with outter sheathing
Triple agitation: Main agitator is scraper balde type. Offset paddle type agitator come with a third agitator is high shear emulsifying mixer.
Finish：#4 finish.
CIP: WIth 2 Spray balls.
Legs：Adjustable stainless steel legs

Interior construction: 316L Stainless Steel, with #4 finish.
Exterior construction: 304 Stainless Steel, with #4 finish.
Heat transfer surface: Side and bottom stainless steel dimple jacket rated for 75 psi.
Insulation: Rock wool 2" thick.
Vertical agitation: Triple agitators. Main agitator is scraper balde type,7.5HP 29RPM. Offset paddle type agitator, 3HP 54RPM. The third agitator is high shear disperser type with 20HP 1750RPM.
Motor: UL listed brand
Tank top: Dished top with manway.
Tank bottom: Conical with 15 or 30 degree slope and center outlet, flat bottom structure optional.
Inlet/outlet ports: Sanitary clamp connections.
Temperature indicating: 1/2" FNPT and 1 1/4" UNEF temperature sensor interface.
Legs: Adjustable stainless steel legs.
