Full Vacuum
Insulation: 2" rockwool insulation with outter sheathing
Triple agitation: Main agitator is scraper balde type,7.5HP 29RPM. Offset paddle type agitator, 3HP 54RPM. The third agitator is high shear disperser type with 20HP 1750RPM.
Finish：#4 finish.
CIP: WIth 2 Spray balls.
Legs：Adjustable stainless steel legs
