*Sanitary configuration
*Constructed of stainless steel. Interior Construction: 316 Stainless Steel, with #4 finish. Exterior Construction: 304 Stainless Steel, #4 finish.
*Steam jacket is ASME-U Stamped at 75 Psi and NB registered. Side and bottom stainless steel dimple jacket rated for 75 psi. Rockwool 2" thick insulation jacket.
*Tank body to have 3" center bottom discharge connection tri-clamp.
*Agitation is 10HP UL listed brand and bridge mounted. Main agitation to be single motion, side and bottom scraped surface type.
*The secondary agitation is 5HP, and it is paddle type configuration.
*Tank Top: Inverted cone with 15 degree slope with double open hinged lids, CIP cleaning.
*Tank Bottom: Conical with 30 degree slope and center outlet.
*Inlet/Outlet Ports: Sanitary Clamp Connections.
*Legs: Adjustable stainless steel legs
